The billing month

A calendar, not a conversation

Payment to the partner is not contingent on when the end client settles its own invoice. There is no retention and no security deposit.

  1. D+3  Data frozen

Dialler and CRM data are frozen and a reconciliation statement is shared before anything is computed. Two working days to flag a discrepancy.

  2. D+5  Invoice raised

Against the agreed seat count and the fixed rate, with the previous month's variable added as a separate line.

  3. D+7  Scorecard published

Computed from system data and the client's acceptance log. Disputes within three working days; undisputed amounts are never held.

  4. D+10 and D+20  Settlement

Fixed component by the tenth, variable by the twentieth, by NEFT or RTGS. Interest accrues on a missed date and delivery may be suspended on notice.

Induction fee

₹1,75,000 one time per track, at signing. Covers trainer deployment, certification of the first batch, collateral and platform provisioning.

Security deposit

Nil. No retention against invoices and no bank guarantee is sought.

Term

Twelve months with a three-month lock-in from go-live, then sixty days' notice either way.

Deductions

Four only: a seat vacant beyond seven working days, an uncertified agent, an agent blended onto another campaign, a confirmed compliance breach.
